    As the Sales Manager for Realty Executives, my job is to recruit, train, build rapport and retain agents for the company. Our company is the most innovative real estate company in Santa Clarita.

We accomplish results with vision, teamwork, dedication and keeping attuned to our core values. 

    Through advanced training, business planning (future pacing) and goal setting (tasting our dreams and painting the picture), we create successful team members who are profitable Real Estate agents and are market share winners in their career. We train agents to duplicate their business monthly and grow it by 20% at the end of the year. 

    My position is dedicated daily to making all of this come true for each Executive.
